Stephen has over fifteen years professional consultancy experience in the areas of social policy evaluation and research. Before joining Millward Brown Ulster he was employed by Deloitte & Touché, and Price Waterhouse as senior manager responsible for policy, programme and project evaluation.

His main areas of expertise are social research and policy evaluation. He has worked for all the main government departments on a range of research and evaluation assignments. He has also carried out appraisal and capacity building work within the community and voluntary sectors. In addition to the in-house resources of Millward Brown Ulster and Catalysis, he can draw on an extensive network of external associates with specialisms ranging from finance to social work.
