Telephone Operations Manager

Prior to becoming Telephone Operations Manager Joanne supervised interviewers within the Telephone Centre for several years.

She is now responsible for the day-to-day management of telephone projects including project management; database control of progress and outcome; conformity to MRQSA and IQCS standards and appropriate documentation of all aspects of field management.

Joanne also has day-to-day responsibility for recruiting and training interviewers.
