Glenn joined the Millward Brown Ulster executive team in 1994 from a Business and Finance background, with special disciplines in Public Policy and Management.

Since joining the company Glenn has been responsible for managing a wide range of major quantitative accounts across sectors such as Energy, Telecommunications, Retailing and Town Centre Planning and Evaluation. Such studies have helped Glenn specialise in a variety of research markets namely, Advertising, Business to Business, Product Development, Customer Satisfaction and Government and Politics, on a UK wide and all Ireland basis.

Glenn is also a highly experienced qualitative researcher, carrying out the design and implementation of many research studies incorporating both focus group and in-depth interview methodologies.

He is also involved in the on-going design and implementation of computerised management systems for all types of fieldwork control, and has been a leading member of the team involved in revolutionising our fieldwork procedures via the introduction of CAPI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing). Glenn's responsibility extends to the design and delivery of training sessions on specialised interviewing software for lap-top computers.
